Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Only customers who received the wrong items or damaged items will be issued a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Damages and issues 

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

· Please keep in mind that there will be a 3% - 5% packages that will get shipments problems such as broken during shipment, wrong items sent, items not as described, wrong shipping/un-deliverable address, dishonest claims, lost by post office.

· In case of issues listed above, please kindly take pictures or videos of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem, and preferred action: reshipment, refund or take credit. As soon as evidence verified by us, Reshipment & Refund can be arranged in earnest.

Since items are produced just for you when you place an order, we are unable to offer returns at this time.
